1. General​

​These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers with Vivere Fashion via our website and mobile site. By placing an order, you indicate your agreement with these terms and conditions.

2. Prices
The prices on ByKarlie are in euros and include statutory VAT, including shipping costs. ByKarlie reserves the right to adjust prices.

3. Agreement & Order
By placing an order with ByKarlie, you add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, we ask for your personal details. These must be filled in accurately to avoid shipping errors. Consult our privacy policy for more information on the processing of your data. The agreement is concluded once you confirm your order by clicking the ‘buy’ button. After processing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

4. Delivery
Your order is usually delivered within 1-3 working days unless otherwise agreed.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, ByKarlie ensures that orders are fulfilled within a maximum of 14 days. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock problems or other reasons, you will be notified within 14 days of placing the order and can cancel free of charge. The stated delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

5. Shipping

​ByKarlie ships parcels with PostNL or DHL. Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday. During transport, ByKarlie is not responsible for damage, theft or loss. You bear this risk from the moment of delivery.​

6. Right of withdrawal

You can dissolve an agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons by informing ByKarlie of this via a written statement by letter or e-mail.

7. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Items must meet the following conditions:

They must be in undamaged condition, not worn or washed, and with original packaging and labels.

There must be no food stains, make-up stains, body odours, animal hair or cigarette odours on the items.

No attempt must have been made to repair a defect.

The cost and risk of return shipment are borne by the buyer. Insufficiently or unstamped returns will not be accepted. If the return conditions are not met, ByKarlie may return the shipment and charge the shipping costs. Items cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different size, you must return the item within the return period and place a new order in the webshop. After receiving and checking the returned items, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. ByKarlie may delay the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been submitted.

8. Warranty

If a purchased item is defective (material or manufacturing defects, transport damage), you can return the product within 14 days using the return form. After this period, you may be charged for repairs or replacements. Please report any damage or defects via e-mail: Bykarlie@outlook.com.

The guarantee only applies if there is a justified complaint and not due to:

• Intentional damage or negligence (e.g. water, fall or impact damage).

• Misuse or poor maintenance.

• Exceptional wear and tear.

• Damage due to not following washing instructions (no washing guarantee; problems after washing are own responsibility).

• No guarantee on zips and buttons.

9. Liability

ByKarlie is not liable for damage to vehicles or other objects caused by improper use of the products.

10. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, ByKarlie obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition. If this condition lasts longer than 30 days, both parties can dissolve the agreement in whole or in part without any right to compensation.

11. Property rights

All content on ByKarlie website is protected by intellectual property rights. Visitors are prohibited from sharing or reproducing any material from the website without the express written consent of ByKarlie, including clear source attribution.

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

ByKarlie reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. We recommend that you check this page regularly for any updates.
